The programme encourages and supports the development of:
Fundamental to the programme is the peer-to-peer learning that comes from working with other like-minded people. You will also develop your confidence, your ability to reflect and learn from experience and your effectiveness in dealing with difficult situations.
Management Catalyst is open to middle/senior managers who work in small businesses or social enterprises, and have a desire to develop as managers and future leaders.
It is important that as a programme delegate you have some degree of responsibility and autonomy so you are able to effectively implement your learning, and ideally you will have a team of individuals that report to you.
Management Catalyst lasts three months, and on average, you will commit around two days per month. The programme employs an innovative integrated learning model, incorporating the following elements:
Sessions are half days (with the exception of the residential).
